Victor Tulutu Briggs Foundation Fulfills Renovation Pledge to 81 Division Garrison
In a commendable act of community support, the Victor Tulutu Briggs Foundation has fulfilled its pledge to the 81 Division Garrison of the Nigerian Army by donating N5,000,000 for the renovation of a dilapidated building within the Army Officers’ quarters at Dodan Barracks, Ikoyi, Lagos.
The donation was officially handed over yesterday, marking a significant milestone for the Foundation. This gesture follows a previous visit by the Foundation’s President, Dr. Victor Tubotamuno Briggs, and his team, during which they committed to supporting the Garrison’s infrastructure development.




Brigadier General H.M. Bukar, Commander of the 81 Division Garrison, expressed his gratitude for the Foundation’s generosity and emphasized the importance of such partnerships in fostering community development. He noted that the renovation project would greatly improve the quality of life for the officers and their families.
